For groups of 3 or less persons, notification of cancellation must be received by phone at (808) 879-7218 at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour time. Parties adhering to this policy will receive a full refund. Any notice given with less than 24 hours remaining before the tour time will NOT be considered valid and NO refund will be offered.
4 - 5 PERSONS
For groups of 4 or more persons, notification of cancellation must be received by phone at (808) 879-7218 at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour time. Parties adhering to this policy will receive a full refund. Any notice given with less than 72 hours remaining before the tour time will NOT be considered valid and NO refund will be offered.
6+ PEOPLE
For groups of 6 or more persons, notification of cancellation must
be received by phone at (808) 879-7218 at least 72 hours prior to the
scheduled tour time. Parties adhering to this policy will receive a
full refund. Any notice given with less than 72 hours remaining before
the tour time will NOT be considered valid and NO refund will be
offered.
Cancellations made after the grace period for your group size will result in a 100% charge being incurred (no refund). All cancellations will incur a 3% processing fee.

Credit card numbers are only used for processing payment and are not used for other purposes. These are purged from our systems once every 2 months.
