The Montessori School of Maui is located in Makawao, HI, just off Kauhikoa Road on the northern end of Baldwin Avenue and slightly north of Makawao Elementary School. This Montessori school provides a solid education for toddlers, kindergarten, lower grades, and upper-middle school students. The Montessori School of Maui, founded in 1978, began in a Quonset hut with just eight students. Since then, the school has evolved into a lovely campus on nine acres of landscaped property. A multi-purpose facility and 12 classrooms host student learning and extracurricular events. Students can enjoy an outdoor basketball court and interact with their peers. The school welcomes children from 18 months through 8th grade.

If you leave Hui No’eau Visual Arts Center, head northwest on Baldwin Avenue, and turn right on Kaluanui Road, you’ll reach the Sacred Garden of Maliko at 460 Kaluanui Rd, Makawao, HI 96768.
From the Sacred Garden of Maliko, turn left on Kaluanui Road, right onto Kokomo Road, Makawao Avenue, and Makani Road, and turn right on Hale Kia Road to reach the Upcountry Recycling and Redemption Center.
From there, turn left onto Hale Kipa Road and Makani Road, then turn right onto Makawao Avenue to reach the Makawao Veterinary Clinic at 444 Makawao Avenue, Makawao, HI 96768.
Starting at Makawao Veterinary Clinic, located at 444 A Makawao Avenue, Makawao, HI 96768, head southwest on Makawao Avenue toward Hali’imaile General Store. When you reach HI-37, turn left and head northwest for about 4.6 miles. Turn right on Haiilamaile Road and keep driving for 1.7 miles. Hali’imaile General Store, located at 900 Haliimaile Rd, Makawao, HI 96768, will be on your right.
Head east on Haiilamaile Road for about 1 mile until you reach Kaluanui Ridge at 2597 Baldwin Ave, Makawao, HI 96768.
From there, head southeast on Baldwin Avenue for about half a mile. Turn left to get to Hui No‘eau Visual Arts Center, located at 2841 Baldwin Ave, Makawao, HI 96768. Hui No’eau Visual Arts Center will be on your left.
To get to Viewpoints Gallery Maui, located at 3620 Baldwin Ave # 101, Makawao, HI 96768, head southeast on Baldwin Avenue for about 1.4 miles. The gallery will be on your right.
From there, head northwest on Baldwin Avenue for 1.8 miles. Turn left on Haiilamaile Road and keep driving for 2.6 miles. Turn right onto HI-37 and keep driving for 5.3 miles. Turn left onto Hansen Road and continue for 2 miles. Turn left onto HI-311, heading south for 14 miles until you arrive at Kai Kanani Sailing, 108 Wailea Ike Dr Ste 1203, Wailea, HI 96753.
