Maui Webcams to Plan your Day

laptop by water
How to be your own weather forecaster in Hawaii – webcams you can count on.

The ancient Hawaiians were master navigators and weather forecasters.  After all, it was they who successfully read the waves, wind, and clouds to sail the ocean blue and make Hawaii what it is today. Now you can be your own Kilo Hoku (a Hawaiian weather and star reader with the ultimate power of greenlighting an excursion) by using webcams from across the island to monitor the latest weather.

A Word about Maui’s Microclimates

Did you know that Maui is one of the most diverse places on Earth in terms of climates. Here you can stand in a place that receives less than 14 inches of rain a year and look across the island to a rainforest that receives over 300 inches of rain in a year. And that’s not even counting the difference of climate you can experience going from the beach in Wailea to the shivery rare air of Haleakala. So let’s say you love where you’re at but you’re ready to explore more of what Maui has to offer. Turn to these webcams to scout the weather wherever you’re headed – so that your time in paradise is always just how you like it.
