Kapalua Bay Beach, once named America’s best beach in 2018, is known for its beautiful waves, vibrant colors, and soft sand. It is located in the Kapalua neighborhood of Maui, Hawaii, and it attracts people from all over the world every year. It is one of the most popular locations in the region to go swimming, and it is relatively accessible. Because the cove is protected, the waves are not nearly as choppy as in other parts of the area. From Kapalua Bay Beach, turn right onto Lower Honoapiilani Rd. After half a mile, turn right into the parking lot. The Gazebo is located at the back of the parking lot at 5315 Lower Honoapiilani Rd, Lahaina, HI 96761.
From The Gazebo, head northeast on Lower Honoapiilani Rd toward Napili Pl. Turn right onto Office Rd, and then turn left onto Village Rd. Taverna Maui will be on the right, located at 2000 Village Rd, Lahaina, HI 96761.
From Taverna Maui, you must walk across the street toward the north for approximately 200 feet through unnamed roads. Then, Kapalua Golf – The Bay Course will be just ahead, located at 2000 Village Rd, Lahaina, HI 96761.
From Kapalua Golf – The Bay Course, head north toward Village Rd. Turn left toward Village Rd. Then, at the first cross street, turn left onto Office Rd. Immediately after crossing Honoapiilani Hwy, Lake Loop and Village Trails will be located at Village Trail, Lahaina, HI 96761.
From Lake Loop and Village Trails, take Honoapiilani Hwy north for 1 mile. Turn left onto Lower Honoapiilani Rd and continue for 0.3 miles. The parking lot for Fleming Beach is on the left.
Starting at Fleming Beach, head out of the parking lot toward Lower Honoapiilani Rd. Continue onto Lower Honoapiilani Rd. for 0.2 miles and turn right onto HI-30 W. After two miles, turn left onto Napilihau St. Take a slight left onto Hui Rd C. After 0.3 miles, turn left onto Hui Rd A. Proceed for 1 mile. Ironwood Ranch will be on the left at 741 Hui Rd A, Lahaina, HI 96761.
From Ironwood Ranch, head northwest on Hui Rd A toward Hui Rd C. Turn right onto Hui Rd C. After 0.3 miles, take a slight right onto Napilihau St. Turn left at the first cross street onto HI-30 W. Go 1.2 miles and turn right onto Hoohui Rd. In 0.1 miles, turn right onto Lower Honoapiilani Rd. In 0.2 miles, you will be at Kahana Beach.
From Kahana Beach, head southwest on Lower Honoapiilani Rd toward Hoohui Rd. Pohaku Park will be on your right in 0.5 miles at 4085 Lower Honoapiilani Rd, Lahaina, HI 96761.
From Pohaku Park, head south on Lower Honoapiilani Rd toward Piina Pl. Honokōwai Beach Park, Lahaina, HI 96761, will be on the right in one mile.
From Honokōwai Beach Park, head north on Lower Honoapiilani Rd, then turn right on Akahele St, then turn right on Honoapiilani Hwy, then turn left on Napilihau St, then right on Lower Honoapiilani Rd and follow it until Bay Dr, then turn left, and continue until you reach Montage Kapalua Bay.
From Montage Kapalua Bay, 1 Bay Dr., Lahaina, HI 96761. You will head east on Bay Drive to reach Kapalua Cliff House at 1 Bay Dr., Lahaina, HI, 96761.
From Kapalua Cliff House, head southeast on Bay Drive for just over one mile to get to The Banyan Tree, located at 1 Ritz Carlton Dr., Lahaina, HI 96761.
Your next destination is Sensei Seafood Restaurant & Sushi Bar. From The Banyan Tree, you’ll go south on Ritz Carlton Drive for 0.2 miles to reach Sensei Seafood Restaurant & Sushi Bar at 600 Office Rd., Lahaina, HI 96761.
After you’ve enjoyed a meal at the seafood restaurant, you’ll go south on Office Road for a few hundred feet to reach Kapalua Ziplines, at 500 Office Rd., Lahaina, HI 96761.
From Kapalua Ziplines, you’ll head south on HI-30 W to get to Kai Kanani Sailing, located at 108 Wailea Ike Dr. Ste. 1203, Wailea, HI 96753.
